If a non-MARC file (eg MARC as tagged text file) is fed to the MARC upload tool,
the screen says:

Import results :

      1 imported records

      0 not imported because already in DB

      0 not imported because already in farm

      0 not imported because they seems not to be MARC format (or ISBN/ISSN
missing) !

      1 records parsed

This seems incorrect.  As far as I can tell, no record is uploaded.  Therefore,
this report (and possibly the error checking) is buggy and MARC upload
functionality is unreliable.
