You could open a enhancement issue on tuleap. But... see below...

we discussed a lot about that, first you have to know it will be possible to 
have a contact in differents conversation. An example would be Alice talking to 
Bob and Alice and Charlie talking to Bob. So having only one tab with contact 
would make hard to manage conversations history. Second, we use to have a 
contact list. It was decided to remove it.
what kind of action are yout willing to do wich is missing right now ?

the only edit I see is to delete the contact. We already started to talk about 
synchronizing data over devices. But we haven't decided anything so far. The 
discussion has to continue.
