thanks for reporting, fixed that and released 2.19 with the fix.

The reason looks like a typo in the jk_chrootsh.c source file.  The definition of the configuration file has some surplus text. If this is removed and the program re-complied it works – as far as passing the env variables at least. Haven’t tested further yet.
