Well, I have been trying other chrooted-ssh programs (such as rssh or 
scponly), and sftp logging neither works on them. So it looks like the 
problem is not in Jailkit, but in the sftp-server program itself.

If anybody gets sftp logging work with a chrooted shell, please let me know.

Oh, I hab been forgetting to say something in all those posts: Jailkit 
is a great program, useful though simple! Good job, Olivier.
