[Jailkit-users] Need help deciphering error

I am trying to set up a SFTP jail.  I already had users set up working in
a SHELL jail, but can not get this particular user to work.

I am getting the following error:

jk_lsh[#####]: uid ### or gid ### does not have a name

This is an older version of jailkit (possibly 1.3).  As it had worked for
me in the past I had not bothered to upgrade.

Can you please lend some assistance on letting me know what that error means?
