That was a possibility…
You also could have kept this paragraph to inform the reader about who
contact when something goes wrong on this website (like in others
sections for GNU packages).
This mailing-list seems to be a good option for reporting web-related
bugs and broken links, but I find it strange that it needs registration
to send any mail on it?
