GNU Source Installer 2.4 released under GPLv3

GNU Source Installer 2.4 has been just released.
The main focus of this version is the move to GPLv3.
The latest bugfixes for libsrcinst are also included.

GNU Source Installer is an effort to leverage the
GNU standards to offer easy installation from source code and
additional control over the installed source packages.
