I am pleased to announce the release of GNU ed 0.3.

GNU ed is an 8-bit clean, more or less POSIX-compliant implementation of the standard Unix line editor.

This release is also GPG signed. You can download the signature by appending ".sig" to the URL.

Changes in version 0.3:

* The symlink vulnerability has been fixed using the "tmpfile" function.

* The signal handling for SIGINT has been fixed.

* The `c' and `i' commands now work with address 0 as they should.

* The pause mode has been removed.

* Two new command line options "--loose-exit-status" and "--verbose" have been added.

* A new argument parser that replaces "getopt_long" has been added.

* `configure' and `' have been replaced.

* The manual has been updated.

* An extensive code cleanup has been done.
