mcron is the 100% vixie compatible cron daemon, written in scheme and which
allows crontab files also to be written in scheme for infinite flexibility in
scheduling jobs to run.

This release is updated for guile 1.8.0.  It also incorporates a bug fix in the
parsing of Vixie-style crontab files, it correctly deals with daylight-savings
time changes, and allows users an opportunity to correct erroneous crontabs
instead of losing them.  These changes were suggested by Sergey Poznyakoff, who
kindly provided an extensive patch file and comprehensive notes.

The manual has also been updated with the current GFDL declaration, and has
benefitted from some suggestions of Karl Berry.
