GMP 3.1.1 now available

Version 3.1.1 of the GNU Multiple Precision Arithmetic Library (GMP) has
been released.  This is a bug-fix release.

The source code is available from

        ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gmp/gmp-3.1.1.tar.gz

and many mirrors (see http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html for a full list
of mirrors).  The GMP home page is

  minor things.
