i think i have the sandbox all screwed up. i tried the above and after
the update -r <branch> the file still
had a sticky tag. like i said if i do an update -A , edit, and
commit, it commits to the trunk revision, not
the branch revision.
i guess i'll see if i can delete this test from the repository and
start over.
