(no subject)

I need a way to lock in a branch in cvs.I dont want
anyone to commmit in trunk and one branch.

I am having cvs server on unix box and developers are
interacting with wincvs(windows m/c).Need a way to get
the brach name while commiting.

I will highly appreciate if some one provide any
information or any pointers.
