(search the archive: http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/info-cvs )but there is a solution that may be enough for you... assuming you have CVSNT installed it comes with a python version of the script, cvs2cl.py, that reportedly does a reasonable job.
I am sure that Mr. Fogel would however appreciate an update if you can figure out how to get the perl version to work on windows.
I changed the paths at the top of the script to reflect the location of perl. when i tro to run it, it just seems to hang. If I run it in debug I just get the following: C:\test\visual_build>perl c:\cvs2cl.pl --debug Official_Build_vs2003_HEAD.bld (run "cvs log Official_Build_vs2003_HEAD.bld") And nothing more. There has to something simple that I'm missing.I have run the script sucessfully when I was working in a unix house but now I'm in a windows house and need the fuctionalitly of the script. I'm not a perl person but I have done some scripting in it.Any Ideas where i should look first for a solution? TIA Matt
