Permissions issue

Hi,

I'm having a problem with permissions.

When a user creates a new dir/file in the project, other users get a
permission error when they try to checkout the file.

I tried to change the umask of the users in question but that didn't
work.

I have to chmod the dir manually every time they create new files.

All the users are in the same group and that group is the owner of that
repo.

The users are using extssh to connect to the repo from Eclipse.

Any suggestion?
