Mimic the mail command with Jabber

Hi there

I am writing a short Python script to send CVS watch notification via Jabber 
rather than mail. All works well ATM, but I need to know, what *exactly* does 
CVS repo's engin output to the mail command through stdin. And, what is most 
important, what is the end-of-data marker here. It's not a newline, as the 
messages contain many lines.
