Well, as it says in that there error message, there is an unrecognized
keyword "UseNewInfoFmtStrings" in the CVSROOT/config file. Fix the faulty
config and the server should start working again.
BTW if you put UseNewInfoFmtStrings into Google, you get about a million
hits. Basically it's a keyword that is only valid in more recent versions of
CVS than what you must be running on the server.
