I'd like to keep that as my last resort. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with MS
Outlook and MS Exchange. I already have many rules to deal with the various
lists I subscribe to, known spam subjects, etc. and adding yet more rules
will slow down mail processing even further.

Surely *someone* must be managing the list, and can remove users from it?!?
