The only responses that makes sense for the above STATEMENTs is to suggest,
1) go to
https://www.cvshome.org/docs/manual/
pick one of the manuals and begin reading.
2) see if the questions you have are more in the use of WinCVS than just cvs
questions, if they are more in the WinCVS domain see the resources at
http://www.wincvs.org/
Note, if you are using MicroSoft for your server, the CVSNT lists might be
even better at answering your questions.
