showing editors of selection

hi
We want to know all the editors of selected module on the server.I
have used cvs editors . command which give me following error when I tried
to run with WINCVS.
cvs editors: in directory .:
cvs [editors aborted]: *PANIC* administration files missing
Can you please provide us the exact command for getting editor information
of selected module on the server.
