I meant 'info cvs'.  There apparently is no man page installed for cvs
on Cygwin.

Is there an e-mail address for reporting bugs?

Thank you.  I had tried something similar earlier, but as an old Windows
user got the slash pointing in the wrong direction.  That of course did
not work.
