I apologize for having MIME encoding. Within our site there is no way of
turning encoding off. I can send it UU encoded. I hope this solves the
concern.
I was finally able to delete the tags by using the cvs admin -n command that Max
Bowsher suggested.
Thanks again for everyone's help,
Larry Lords
The following is the results of issuing the trace (-t) command to one of the
files:
C:Unified System>cvs -t tag -d release-tag us/build.xml
-> main loop with CVSROOT=:ext:address@hidden:/u05/prototype
-> ParseInfo</u05/prototype/CVSROOT/taginfo, us, ALL>
The taginfo file has not been modified, and only contains comment lines.
Thanks,
Larry Lords

Like I said before, please do not send MIME and/or HTML encrypted
messages to the list. a Plain text only, PLEASE!

Perhaps, although I don't think so. Try running the tag command with
tracing enabled (cvs -t tag -d release-tag) and post the trace. (in
plain text, NOT MIME and/or HTML!).
