This is niether a CVSNT list nor wincvs. This is suitable question to 
those lists.Still:
What is the error you are getting when you try to connect to  CVSNT 
using ntserver authentication method?
Are you sure the user exists on the server, whoever you connecting as , 
via wincvs client?
