Watch out.  Lines already in the repository with ^M will be different.  If you 
already have a file with all lines ending with CR,LF and you allow cygwin to 
translate to LF, then the whole file will be different.  Do a "cvs diff myfile" 
before a commit to make sure you want to do that.
