If you're on Unix (or using Cygwin (maybe)), you can
do:
cd $CVSROOT
find module1 -type d | while read d
do
chgrp group1
chmod ug+rwx,o-w
done
File owners/permissions can be set by using "-type f".
You'll have to be root or owner of the directory/file
to do the chgrp.
The above will limit your visits to the modules only
rather than all the directories.
