No, you just have to do it by hand.  The easy part is moving the
repository files themselves, which moves the most important history. 
You'll also need to find any references in the administrative files and
copy them into the new repository.  If you want to preserve the history
file information, you'll have to extract it from the old repository's
history file and append it to the new repository's.
