I agree, but using Cygwin has security implications.  The distribution
explains them better than I can, but I *think* the sshd won't be
able to hide its address space from other NT processes, so your
sessions are vulnerable to snooping.

Mind you, someone would have to crack the NT box first, at which point
you've already lost that battle.  But there's no reason to open your
other accounts to the intruder, so *use a custom password for this
ssh account*.
