You run 'cvs rtag' on the SManager module in your repository. I know because
you said so. What do you run 'cvs log' on? I don't know because you didn't
say.
I don't know, but I suspect your confusion comes from the fact that rtag is
working on the repository and log is looking at your current directory. If
you don't have any of the files from SManager checked out in the current
directory, you won't see the tag.
