RCS utilities |

I tried to use RCS utilities, e.g. rlog, but it kept looking for files in RCS subdirectory. I do not have a RCS subdirectory. I am doing this trying to test the utility out and setup cvsweb. I am not sure if this the right group for me to post this question. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
