Here's the problems, I'm use 1.11 in client and 1.10 in server, We are
thinking to upgrade in a couple of weeks.

What version(s) of CVS are you running?  There was a bug that would
cause that kind of corruption, but it was fixed in 1.10.6 -- if you're
running an earlier version, I strongly suggest upgrading to the current
release (1.11.1p1) from www.cvshome.org.  "admin -o" should work just
fine on binary files.
