Just to finish up, I hate leaving posts unfinished having searched archives
myself to find no answer at the end ;^).
Much thanks to address@hidden, Larry Jones, Jerry Nairn. After
rereading !!Current Documentation!! and changing some procedures we have
been running fine and made it through a release with no problems.
The key being a client that allowed selection of the line ending to be used
when writing the checkout to a mounted share. Changes to procedures and a
few hours with cvs admin and we are back in business.
Thanks!
DAve
