Try running a command directly, not via macro. That way you can post an
error that cvs actually supplies.

It seems to be trying to connect to cvsnt.exe, instead of the linux box.
Check your $CVSROOT on the windows machine; make sure it is pointing to
the right place. In addition, there is no user specified
(@10.1.2.4:.....).

info-cvs == user problems, general discussion.
