Nothing -- just move the repository (preserving the ownership and
permissions of the files) and change the logical server name to point to
the new machine. If you didn't have the foresight to use a logical
server name then you'll have to have everyone who has anything checked
out edit their CVS/Root files to point to the new server.

By "history files", do you mean the RCS files? They don't need any
special handling.

You'll have to be a bit more specific if you want more help.

That looks like you didn't preserve the permissions when you moved the
files.
