Hello,
I have further optimized the voice turnoff condition. Now it uses
- The sample position (looped or unlooped)
- if in loop, the peak amplitude of the loop sample
- The synthesizer gain
- All controllers (modulators), that have the amplitude as destination.
The voice will be turned off at the point, when all those modulators at
their maximum value (reducing in the smallest attenuation) will still
result in a final amplitude below the noise floor.
Sounds complicated? Agree :-)
But this is the only solution I can think of, that will not fail, when
hitting a note with the volume pedal at 'off' and slowly fading it in.
Now on CVS.
Cheers
Markus
