[igraph] Saving high quality graphs

Hi,
I would appreciate some help in saving graphs!

I generated some graphs and I want to save them in a format and quality 
appropriate for publishing.  When I used Windows I was able to set a resolution 
(300ppi or so) and the format (either jpeg or other), but now with Mac I'm a 
bit lost, and I can't find a function to do so.
