The idea is to show when application is causing an indent, what applications are impacted. So, innder node should be Application_caused_the_incident and edges should be the impacted applications.
Thank you so much for a very quick response, this is really good. Since my data frame is huge, this will be a very nice high level over view for the management.

Okay, let's step back a little bit. We would need to know the following:
- what should the nodes of your graph represent? Are they the applications?
The impacted systems? The individual incidents?
- when should there be an edge between two nodes?
- what should the edges be labeled with?
