Dear all, thank you for making the effort of implementing this algorithm. It looks suspiciously like a graph size problem but I hope it's not. It does work with vertex count lower than 1000, but a 2500 and a 65000 graph failed. No error message, it just stops and I have to break out using Ctrl+c. (I did let it run for 24h on 65k vertices & 20m edges) My directed graphs were created from edge lists and I put some e.weights on it when using infomap. I tried the C implementation of infomap on the 65k graph and it worked fine. What kind of information would be helpful here?
