Hi,
I thought people here might be interested in this:
I created an R package that enables somewhat easier conversion between
network objects of class 'network' and networks of class 'igraph', from
the respective packages. It is called 'intergraph'. More information here:
http://brokeringclosure.wordpress.com/2010/08/25/from-igraph-to-network-and-back-again/
The package is still experimental. It may give warnings during some of
the operations. This happens most often at places where I was not sure
what is the best default behavior so decided to warn the user about the
choices made (for example when not copying some network/edge/vertex
attribute).
*If you try it out I'm very interested in your feedback!*
~Michal
