Hi Martin,
Hmmm, that's strange, your file works perfectly well for me -- it is an
undirected graph with 8309 vertices and 11388 edges, isn't it? I tried
it with igraph 0.6, so there's a slight chance that we've changed
something between 0.5.3 and 0.6, but I checked the source of the
Pajek parser, it seems that there were no significant changes. I'll try
and test it in igraph 0.5.3 as well.
