yeah, firstly i tried it. But unfortunately, i could't see any function of igraph on my R session :( ... But after that installation, i had igraph libraries on my system

You don't need the Debian packages if you just want to use igraph from R, the Debian packages are meant for igraph development in C or Python. In R, you simply have to type:

install.packages("igraph")

(as stated on igraph's download page by the way: "The simplest way to install the igraph R package is typing install.packages("igraph") in your R session, please try this before downloading from here.")

Moreover , i tried to install it from source code but after configuration i don't get any make file.... Can anyone help me for installation on R ???
