[igraph] Weighted Edge beetweenness

Dear Gabor,

I don't know if you remember me or not. I disscused with you about the
weighted betweenness runtime error and you gave me a new version of
igraph. I have the same problem with Edge betweenness centrality, does
igraph calculates edge betweenness centrality in a weighted graph? I have
given 2 different series of weights and recieved the same result for their
edge betweenness.
Would you help me out of that?
