[zile-devel] fill-paragraph fixed

I reimplemented fill-paragraph in a simpler way, and realised I could 
use a mark to replace the cursor in its initial position at the end 
(oops!).

Now I think fill-paragraph works.

I have also filed a bug against undo, which I've been vaguely aware for 
some time doesn't quite work like Emacs, and I have now written down 
more precisely how it's wrong.

Once I've sorted that out, I shall release 2.0beta1.
