[VCDImager] SVCD on Sampo

I just created a simple SVCD with VCDImager 0.7.8. 
I'm so happy to find out that the FF and REW worked
perfectly on the Sampo DVE-660 machine.  I was having
problem before with 0.7.6, where the SVCD created with
that version cannot be FF or REW with the Sampo deck.
