Hi William,

    ps. It seems the alignment is messed up with utf8 encoded
    text. Apparently it doesn't work according to `--fill-column=NUM'

I just installed another patch from Mirek into CVS which I think should
solve this.  If not, please send sample document and point out the
incorrect output.
