[help-texinfo] Illegal unit of measure / Underfull \hbox (badness 10000)

Hi all,

I really did not mean to do these things, but unfortunately
I don't know what I did to cause them.  :(  Any hints, please?
(The .info creation works fine, its the .dvi creation...)
