[help-texinfo] How to run info on Windows XP?

I downloaded and installed "TexInfo for Windows", version 4.6 in Windows XP Prof. My installation path is "C:\Programme\GNU\TexInfo 4.6\". When I try to run info.exe, I get the following error message: 

C:\Programme\GNU\TexInfo 4.6\bin>info.exe
info: dir: No such file or directory

Any clues?
