Feloy,
        Your work, c'est tres formidable.  I made a couple of changes you might
like.
 1) I changed the doctype to "//OASIS// Docbook ...3.1"  . No big deal.
 2) My <ProgramListing> wasn't working right.  I was losing information when I
did db2html.  I made a small change here.

It is my belief Texinfo should have your patch included as soon as possible. 
It has helped me very much.  Attached is a patch with my small changes.
