[Help-smalltalk] Failure building Smalltalk documentation with the development version of makeinfo

Hello smalltalkers.

I'm trying to bootstrap Smalltalk (and BTW, other packages too) with the
development version of several maintainer tools (automake, autoconf, makeinfo,
etc).

Doing so, I've encountered these errors:

  $ make info
  ...
  ./tutorial.texi:3923: @itemx must follow @item
  gst.texi:4226: warning: Node next `Smalltalk callbacks' in menu `Object

No big deal probably, but I thought it would be better if you knew about
the issue anyway.
