I upgraded all installed packages from macports, and installed cairo- 
devel.
I did autoreconf -vi and so on..
I did "gst-package -t /Users/glpunzi/.st/ package.xml" inside gst- 
source-folder/packages/cairo
I VIMed gst-VisualGST to point to /usr/local/bin/gst instead /opt/ 
VisualGST/bin/gst

Now, I get:
