2.0.6 fixes a bug in accessing FIFO special files
and `fake' files such as /proc files, and a race condition
between the arrival of SIGCHLD and SIGIO. A rare compiler
bug has been fixed. Low-water conditions are handled a lot better.
SUnit is upgraded to version 3.1 and the XPath/XSL libraries have
been backported from the development versions.

2.0c includes all fixes in the latest stable version. There
is support for dot-notation to resolve namespace scoping at
compile-time. Support for Processes has been improved, including
single-step execution and per-Process interrupt disabling; also,
a new RecursionLock class allows to write code that is both
re-entrant and thread-safe. Virtual filesystems for unzipping,
untarring, etc. have been implemented. A library for numerical
methods is included. The XML libraries now support SAX 2.0.
The Smalltalk parser now has a test suite.
