RCS question ...

From: Marcus MacWilliam

User-agent: Thunderbird 2.0.0.17 (Windows/20080914)

If you have accidentally checked in a revision with the incorrect number,
is it possible to renumber the internal revision number in the RCS files.

         2.23------
          | |
          | |
2.24 23.1 (should have been 2.23.1.1) <- need to renumber
          |
          |
         2.25
          |
          |
should be 2.26 but RCS complains the number must be bigger than 23.1
